Gathering of Eagles – 2013

This is the 10th annual memorial warbird event dedicated to the memory of Dino DiGiorgio Sr. and is held at the Georgia Model Aviators club near Ball Ground Georgia.  Pilots from up and down the US  East Coast and parts of Canada, came to attend this warbird event featuring mostly World War I and World War II aircraft.

 This year’s highlights include:

• Brent Bowling’s four engined Boeing B-17
• Mike Pascoe’s Turboprop powered Tucano
• Kirk Hall’s Focke-Wulf Fw 190
• PJ Ash’s  Junkers Ju 88 and Curtiss P-40 “Tarheel”
• RB Kincad’s Fairchild 24
• Bob Marks’s North American Rockwell QV-10 Bronco
