The Hawker Sea Fury was a British fighter aircraft developed for the Royal Navy by Hawker during the World War II. The last propeller-driven fighter to serve with the Royal Navy, it was also one of the fastest production single piston-engined aircraft ever built. Too late for use in WWII, the Sea Fury FB.11 served throughout the Korean War as a ground-attack aircraft, and is one of the few propeller driven aircraft credited with shooting down a jet fighter.
