Our featured models include aerobatic scale planes, warbirds, civilian aircraft, electrics and multi engine models. For the noontime airshows, we were entertained by the full-scale aerial ballet of Matt Chapman and Mike Mancuso, the R/C helicopter antics of Curtis Youngblood, the extreme aerobatics of Quique Somenzini and the scorching flight of Bob Violett’s F-86. Mark Leseberg demonstrated a 40% aerobatic model powered by 4 electric motors ganged together. In addition to all the action, we’ll take you to the biggest barbeque in the modeling world which fed over 1000 hungry model aircraft enthusiasts.
