Lewis Machine Gun – 1:4 Scale / Model kit

Lewis GunThe famous Lewis Gun was the first machine gun to be fired from an aeroplane. Easily recognised by its distinctive pan magazine, it was reliable and lightweight, and was fitted to many British and French fighter aircraft. It could not be synchronised to fire forwards through the propeller arc, so was often mounted on top of the upper wing to fire over it, or was on a swivel mount and fired by a gunner.
