Purchased this plan with a view to building a version with more modern electrics and was saddened to find that there are no construction details for the original motor mounting at all.
The best I can glean from the plan is that the original nacelles were carved from solid block, the motors being fitted into large resecess within the blocks. No detail on shape, size, or side trust (if any).
Slightly disappointed as the rest of the plan is first class, making extensive use of blue foam for the curved ares of the fuselage and lightweight materials else where. Hence the three star review.
