Full Description
Two Perma-Grit Cutting Discs with 1 arbor / shaft. Small 19mm (¾”) dia and Larger 32mm (1¼”) dia complete with 3.1mm (1/8”) stainless steel arbor (M3 thread). Kerf / width of cut 2 mm approx. Fits:- Dremel, Proxxon, Flexi drives, hobby drills and Gerbil vacuum form trimmers. Virtually unbreakable steel cutting discs, tungsten carbide grit welded to the edge. Tough enough to cut piano wire, (aeromodellers use this for under carriage legs) fibreglass, PCB, Perspex, plastics, woods and ceramics. RPM 5,000 – 20,000.
Excellent on Perspex (Plexiglas) use below 10,000 RPM and they will not melt it unlike a diamond disc.
Use on all composite materials, GRP, Carbon Fibre, PCB, Perspex, Plexiglass, Lexon, Fibreglass, Marble, Ceramics, Polystyrene, ABS, Plastics, Wood, Metal.
