Designed by Tony Nijhuis Model Type: Basic Trainer Tony Nijhuis returns to his roots with an easy to built trainer that provides the novice with a complete modelling experience. Not only is the Sky 40 model aircraft a cracking training machine, it’s a good all-round sport aerobat too. Dont be fooled into thinking you have to be a beginner to build one. If you’ve only ever assembled ARTFs this could be just the job to experience the challenges and rewards of traditional modelling. Wingspan: 65 1/2 inch (1660mm) Fuselage Length 42″ (1070mm) All up weight: 5lbs 8oz (2.2kg) Wing Loading: 12oz/sq. ft. (3.3kg/sq.m) C of G: 75mm from root leading edge. Rec’d Motor: .40-.46 two-stroke (i.c version) Radio: 4-5 Channel, 5 Servos Control Functions: Aileron, elevator, rudder, throttle.
