Orders, Delivery & Returns
Christmas Deliveries: To guarantee delivery in time for Christmas please order before the 8th December for items to be made such as Short Kits. Other in-stock items such as books please order before 15th December.
Delivery times vary by product, please see below for a more accurate guide to lead times and postal methods:
*Please be aware all orders will be processed on the next available working day (not a weekend, national or bank holiday).
For Items in Stock
Orders for all items in stock will be processed the next working day and delivered via Royal Mail or courier for higher value or large items. If for any reason your item is not available we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date. Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery and 21 days for overseas for delivery during very busy periods.
Special Order Items (not in stock)
Plans: All plans are printed to order and dispatched via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery and 21 days for overseas. All plans are delivered folded.
Canopies, Cowls and Hulls: Although some stock is held many Vacuum Formed and Fibreglass products are made to order and dispatched by Royal Mail. Larger Items will be sent via courier. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery during busy periods.
Laser Cut Wood Packs: All Laser packs are cut to order. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery during busy periods.
Short Kits, Sets and other wood packs: Please allow up to 21 days for delivery during busy periods.
All other products: If an item is out of stock we will place a special order with our supplier and will dispatch once item is in stock. You will be notified if this process is delayed.
Pre-Orders: You will receive your order on or shortly after the on sale date shown on the product information page.
Orders for delivery overseas:
Please allow up to 21 days from date of dispatch/completion email to receive your item. If after this date you have not received your goods then please contact our Customer Services team on: +44 (0)1684 311486 or email:
Unfortunately from time to time our shipping costs may be underestimated and we may require further payment towards these. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you of any further charges.
Please be aware that in accordance with International Law we declare the value of the Goods to be the Purchase Price that you have paid.
Please check your local regulation for any Import Duty, VAT etc that you may be charged.

During busy periods such as Christmas please allow the full delivery times. Many of our Parts, Wood Packs & Sets are made to order.
You are deemed to place an order online with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We can login to the website at anytime and view your order, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- where goods are not available;
- where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
- if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
- if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
For overseas and none VAT countries prices with be shown without VAT once you are at the check out and the website knows your address location. If you are registered and logged in then this will also enable you to see you prices without VAT if relevant.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
Our prices are reviewed periodically.
Cancellation or Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to or telephone +44 (0)1684 311682 before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with below.
You can return unused goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.
IMPORTANT: Before returning any goods, please contact us so we can advise you further. (Address, email, fax and phone numbers can be found here).
Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the amount paid for these or arrange an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- in the event that the product has been used or is not in original condition
- in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed (this does not apply to items found to be faulty)
The provisions of these clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
