Oil Devil Plan
The prototype was built in 1979 by Rauma Repola Oy at Uudenkaupungin Telakk in Finland as a steel self-propelled tank barge for the Finnish navy for use on bunkering and environmental purposes, now use as a black water transportation barge in the port of Copenhagen.
