Full Description
A 66″ span scale model of the RWD5 Polish Trainer from the 1930s, designed by Peter Miller. Construction is similar to many vintage models, so the RWD5 is simple to build and has docile flying characteristics. The ideal power is a .40 four-stroke engine.
The full size: The RWD 5 was a Polish touring and sports plane of 1931, a two-seat high-wing monoplane, constructed by the RWD team. It was made famous by its transatlantic flight, being the smallest aircraft to cross the Atlantic.
